Transportation Services Customer Service Specialist
The Human Services Council is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Specialist for the Transportation Brokerage. Duties include: screening, authorizing, and arranging transportation services for eligible clients including seniors and adults with disabilities to medical services and employment and training sites in Southwest Washington. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and two years of customer service experience, additional relevant experience may substitute for up to two years of college. Degree verification and ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
Interpreter Services Customer Service Specialist
The Human Services Council is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Specialist for the Interpreter Services Brokerage. CSRs authorize Interpreter Services for Medicaid recipients and DSHS applicants in Southwest Washington.
