Scheduling a Ride

To allow us time to schedule your ride, call our office at least five (5) working days before you need the ride. We can take requests up to 30 days in advance. We are available by phone Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm. However, transportation services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Information to Have Ready When You Call

  • Your name, complete mailing and street address, & phone number.
  • Date of birth.
  • The name, complete address and phone # of your destination(s).
  • Exact dates(s) and time(s) you need transport (to and from).
  • The type of appointment or activity.
  • Any special accommodations needed.

When to Be Ready For a Ride

On the day of your scheduled ride our transport may arrive up to 15 minutes before or after your scheduled pick-up time. For shared rides, you may be asked to be ready earlier than you expect. Note that unexpected delays may occur due to traffic congestion or weather conditions.

To cancel a ride, please call us as soon as possible, and in all cases no less than 2 hours before your scheduled transport. To cancel a ride after business hours, contact your assigned transporter directly.
